Deep Dive: Why VR Works at Events

Virtual reality is one of the most reliable crowd-pullers at an event because it is novel, hands-on and instantly shareable. A VR station gives guests a memorable few minutes inside an experience, and the queue itself becomes part of the buzz. For brands, that translates into dwell time, photos and video, and a genuine talking point on the floor.

KITAMEN supplies the headsets, curated content, a safe and supervised play area, and staff to onboard guests quickly and keep the queue moving. The setup scales from a single station to a multi-headset zone for a busy activation or exhibition.

VR rental is quoted per event, based on the number of stations, the content and the duration. KITAMEN’s rental list is long and stock moves with bookings, so we confirm exactly what is available for your date before you commit.

What We Rent

HTC Vive: a room-scale headset for hands-on experiences.
Oculus Quest: a standalone headset that needs no PC.
PlayStation VR: VR on the PlayStation, which pairs with a PS5 station.

Many events pair VR with a PS5 station (from RM800 per day) or a racing simulator. The game console rental overview shows the whole range.
